What areas do you cover?

Now We Roll is currently running a rollout period limited to Canton, Westwood, and Dedham, MA.

At this time, we are only serving households whose trash and/or recycling is collected on Fridays.

If you live in one of these areas and meet the pickup schedule, we’d love to have you as an early customer! This limited rollout helps us fine-tune our service before expanding further.

The day before trash day we may arrive from 5pm to 11pm. Every effort will be made to complete the service before 11pm. The day of trash day we may complete the service as early as 3 pm if the bins have been emptied by then.

We know that many customers keep their trash and recycle bins inside their garage. To make your service seamless, we offer flexible options for bin access.

We will help no matter how long your driveway! However, a monthly surcharge may apply on a case by case basis for driveways over 400 ft. Free trials will remain free regardless of driveway length.

Yes, if a holiday affects the week’s trash/recycle pickup schedule, we will adjust accordingly.

If a holiday occurs on a weekday, that trash day and any others later in the week is pushed by one day. We keep track of these and update our routes accordingly.

It would be wonderful if nothing ever went wrong, but that isn’t always reality. We will always make reasonable efforts to complete service, but certain conditions may prevent safe or feasible access. This service can be impacted by events outside of our control such as dangerous weather, strikes, road construction/detours, unexpected schedule changes by the waste management services, etc. We will keep an eye on all of these potential disruptions in good faith and let you know ASAP if the service cannot be fulfilled that week by these factors. Our pricing is built around delivering dependable service at a level that’s still accessible. For most customers, this comes out to about $10 per visit, which is a strong value for an on-site, hands-on service in today’s economic climate. Extra bin and long driveway surcharges reflect the extra work involved with these conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Service Overview
  • Customers must ensure bins are properly accessible and suitable for movement (e.g., not overloaded, behind a locked gate, or frozen in snow).
  • Customers who store their bins in their garage are responsible for ensuring their garage door, opener, sensors, remotes, and/or access codes are fully functional and safe to operate.
  • Customers shall ensure their bins are loaded to conform to their town’s pickup guidelines. Now We Roll is not responsible for municipal refusal to collect trash/recycling for reasons outside of our control (e.g., overloading, improper sorting, prohibited items).
  • Customers are encouraged to keep outdoor lighting on when evening service occurs, especially when estimated service times extend past sunset, to ensure safe and efficient access to bins.
  • Customers shall notify all household members and any relevant parties (such as roommates, tenants, or property managers) that Now We Roll personnel will be accessing the property for scheduled bin-to-curb services, to prevent any misunderstandings or unnecessary concerns.
  • Customers with garages shall verify the doors are securely closed after service
  • Service may be disrupted by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, strikes, unexpected pickup day changes).

  • We will make a good faith effort to monitor such disruptions and notify customers promptly.

  • Other uncontrollable factors include garage remote/lockbox not found where described, remote/code not working, and garage door mechanical issues.

  • As stated in the service overview, this service is intended only on the day before and day of the customer’s regularly scheduled or holiday adjusted trash/recycle day. Now We Roll cannot guarantee service fulfillment for one-off waste-management schedule changes for any reason they might occur.

  • If the Governor’s office has an active State of Emergency Declaration, Now We Roll will automatically suspend service for that week. However, Now We Roll reserves the right to suspend service when conditions are deemed unsafe by our team, even if no formal emergency has been declared. Unsafe weather conditions may include (but are not limited to) heavy snow, ice, flooding, high winds, lightning, or visibility impairments.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed services due to uncontrollable factors.

  • Services missed due to company error will be pro-rated or refunded accordingly.

  • Now We Roll is not responsible for garage door malfunctions or mechanical failures, including but not limited to:
    misaligned sensors, worn out or broken parts, unresponsive keypads, outdated openers, or other pre-existing mechanical issues.
  • Now We Roll will make reasonable efforts to close the garage door after retrieving or returning the bins. However, we are not liable for any incident, damage, loss, or security issue resulting from a garage door that opens or remains open after service due to mechanical malfunction, preset timers, obstruction, sensor issues, weather conditions, remote interference, or any other cause.
  •
