Now We Roll is currently running a rollout period limited to Westwood and Dedham, MA.
At this time, we are only serving households whose trash and/or recycling is collected on Fridays.
If you live in one of these areas and meet the pickup schedule, we’d love to have you as an early customer! This limited rollout helps us fine-tune our service before expanding further.
The day before trash day we may arrive from 5pm to 11pm. Every effort will be made to complete the service before 11pm. The day of trash day we may complete the service as early as 3 pm if the bins have been emptied by then.

We know that many customers keep their trash and recycle bins inside their garage. To make your service seamless, we offer flexible options for bin access—only if you’re comfortable and always with your privacy and security in mind.
Garage Code Access – If you’d like, you can securely share a code for us to enter and roll your bins out.
Pro tip: If you have a Smart Garage with recurring access capabilities, feel free to use that!
Lockbox or Clicker – Some clients leave a hidden garage remote/clicker or keep it in a lockbox.
Alternate method – If you have another access method just let us know!
We will never enter your home or open any interior doors, and any access information is kept strictly private and used only by your assigned service person.

We will help no matter how long your driveway! However, we will
implement a $5/month surcharge for driveways over 300 ft and every 100
ft after. This change will be clearly conveyed to you before going
into effect. Your free trial will have no surcharge regardless of your
driveway length.
Driveways 0-300 ft = no surcharge
Driveways 301-400 ft = $5/month surcharge
Driveways 401-500 ft = $10/month surcharge
And so on
Yes, if a holiday affects the week’s trash/recycle pickup schedule, we will adjust accordingly.
It would be wonderful if nothing ever went wrong, but that isn’t always reality. This service can be impacted by events outside of our control such as bad weather, road construction/detours, schedule changes on behalf of the waste management services, etc. We will keep an eye on all of these things in good faith and let you know ASAP if the service cannot be fulfilled that week by these factors outside our control. Now We Roll provides a weekly bin-to-curb service, moving residential trash and/or recycling bins to the curb prior to scheduled municipal pickup and returning them after collection.
As part of the service, customers will receive SMS notifications with estimated times of arrival (ETA) and confirmations of service. By signing up, you consent to receive these service-related SMS messages, as well as occasional updates, reminders, or announcements related to your subscription. Message and data rates may apply.
Service will be provided on your designated trash and/or recycling pickup days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any sudden changes to their municipal pickup schedule (not including holidays schedules, which will be tracked and honored by Now We Roll.)
Service typically occurs between 5 PM and 11 PM the day before pickup and 3 pm and 9 PM on pickup day.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a clear, unobstructed, and safe path (minimum three feet wide) from the bin storage area to the curb.
Service may be declined if access is blocked (e.g., vehicle blocking path through garage, snow mounds blocking the bins, locked gates).
If applicable, customers agree to provide secure access (garage codes, remotes, etc.)
Customers must ensure bins are properly accessible and suitable for movement (e.g., not overloaded, locked, or frozen in snow).
Now We Roll is not responsible for municipal refusal to collect trash/recycling for reasons outside of our control (e.g., improper sorting, prohibited items).
Customers are encouraged to keep outdoor lighting on when evening service occurs, especially when estimated service times extend past sunset, to ensure safe and efficient access to bins.
Customers shall notify all household members and any relevant parties (such as roommates, tenants, or property managers) that Now We Roll personnel will be accessing the property for scheduled bin-to-curb services, to prevent any misunderstandings or unnecessary concerns.
Service may be disrupted by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, municipal strikes, sudden pickup day changes).
We will make a good faith effort to monitor such disruptions and notify customers promptly.
Refunds will not be issued for missed services due to uncontrollable factors.
Services missed due to company error will be pro-rated or refunded accordingly.
This service is billed as a monthly subscription with automatic recurring payments.
Customers may cancel at any time in writing prior to their next billing cycle.
Refunds will not be issued for partial months following a cancellation request.
Now We Roll reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or posted updates on our website.
